United Nations Ocean Conference

Objectives:

Ten years after COP21 and the Paris Agreement, UNOC 3 aimed to bring together all United Nations member states, their heads of state and government, specialized agencies, civil society, the private sector, and international donors, to do for the ocean what was achieved for the climate in 2015.

Response:

Design and operation of "The Whale," a 15,000 m² immersive space featuring 16 thematic pavilions offering interactive and sensory journeys, conferences, screenings, performances, virtual reality, and workshops, designed to raise awareness of ocean issues and foster dialogue between science, culture, technology, and diplomacy.
