OBJECTIVES: Strengthen network and team engagement and cohesion to foster collective momentum. Review the past year and discuss strategic ambitions for 2025. Gather employees in a venue conducive to team building and exchange. Review 2024 to evaluate successes and areas for improvement. Set key objectives for 2025 to motivate and align teams. SOLUTIONS: Implementation of a personalized website to register the 450 participants. Organization of the plenary session at the Palais des Sports in Megève, including content support, production of audiovisual content, scenography, and technical setup. Transportation of participants to Chamonix, with privatization of 4 premium hotels for their accommodation. Organization of the dinner and festive evening at an iconic venue: La Folie Douce. Management of activities: electric mountain biking, biathlon initiation, snowshoeing, spa sessions, and a visit to the Mer de Glace. Logistical coordination to ensure the return of the 450 participants to their respective destinations across France.
