International Sustainable Mobility Summit

Objectives:
The goal of this summit was to unite a unique ecosystem of 350 public and private stakeholders around a shared vision for sustainable mobility, fostering synergies, innovation, and collective action. The event also aimed to demonstrate its concrete impact by showcasing measurable initiatives and aligning fully with the momentum of the CEE Green Deal as a strategic lever for transformation. The concept was to create a gathering that was both inspiring and engaging, designed to offer a desirable experience while maintaining exemplary environmental performance to drive long-term mobilization among all stakeholders.
Solution:
The agency proposed an original backcasting concept, projecting participants into 2035 followed by a retrospective look back at 2024 to map out the key stages of decarbonization. It orchestrated nine months of co-construction with the 27 member companies through workshops and co-created content. The immersive scenography centered on a temporal arch and a rotating circular stage, supporting high-level content that brought together CEOs, European institutions, and civil society representatives, complemented by five interactive sessions. A Mobility Innovation Expo highlighted solutions spearheaded by members, while an enhanced networking system—including connected badges, artistic performances, and a 2035 photocall—strengthened participant engagement. Finally, the event was designed with a comprehensive eco-conception approach, encompassing venue selection, sustainable scenography, responsible catering, an electric fleet, and the redistribution of surplus food.
