National Roadshow: Accelerating Recovery and Entrepreneur Engagement
WMH Project designed a multi-format event ecosystem for a public business-financing player, built around a national roadshow, regional gatherings and a large business summit. The goal: accelerate economic recovery, showcase regions and unite entrepreneurs, partners and employees.
Why build a national roadshow instead of a single event?
A roadshow brings the experience to entrepreneurs across the country rather than gathering everyone in one place. The setup designed by WMH Project relies on several regional editions, each conceived as a meeting point for creative energy and local industrial expertise. This travelling logic multiplies touchpoints and roots the recovery in every region.
How can each stop showcase its region?
Every stop features a local village fuelled by upstream recruitment, a pitch space for the best regional projects with video capture, and food and drink stands from local producers. An inter-city challenge (an applause-meter record, for example) sparks positive competition between stops and strengthens regional pride.
What experiences can engage audiences and families?
The programme includes hands-on activities: building an object in 15 minutes, watching a product being made live, taking part in a scavenger hunt across the festival. A "wall of dreams come true" highlights recent innovations, and a games area welcomes all audiences. The experience becomes tangible and memorable.
How do regional gatherings connect to the national summit?
Regional editions prepare and feed an enhanced national highlight. The regional format focuses on networking, inspiring guests and preparing attendees for the national event; the national edition extends the momentum with bold scenography and a sustainable, responsible theme. The progression builds a continuous year-long narrative.
How do you mobilise partners and employees?
A Paris kick-off brings national partners together around a shared brief, a meeting with students and the handover of an internal and external communication kit. Employees are involved in existing events to fuel their sense of belonging, without multiplying dedicated, complex or costly formats.
