What is an experiential club house?

An experiential club house is a hospitality space that blends conviviality, brand image and active functions. Here, the venue combines several zones: a comfortable lounge, a bar, a retail area and 18-seat bleachers for watching or sharing a collective moment.

How do you structure such a space?

The fit-out is organised around clear, complementary zones. The lounge relies on sofas and armchairs in contrasting warm and cool tones, with patterned rugs to define uses. Custom desks on design legs provide light workstations. The bar and its high stools create a gathering point.

What role does signage play?

Exterior signage identifies the venue and guides visitors from the approach. Inside, it organises the journey, names the zones and reinforces the visual world. Coherent signage turns a simple visit into a continuous brand experience.

Why integrate bespoke furniture?

Bespoke furniture lets each piece fit the real dimensions of the space and its intended use. Display structures, dedicated supports, a TV unit and a large-format wall screen blend seamlessly while showcasing products and staging.

How do you create an atmosphere that is both premium and accessible?

The choice of materials, colours and potted greenery creates a premium mood without heaviness. Balancing rest, sharing and discovery zones makes the space welcoming and memorable for every audience.
